- • Provide advanced on-site clinical medical response and urgent care within Hightop Health’s outpatient clinic setting, exclusively in a non-emergency, clinic-based environment.
- • Administer and monitor SPRAVATO® (esketamine) treatment sessions in strict compliance with the SPRAVATO® REMS Program, provider orders, and Hightop Health clinical protocols.
- • Administer and monitor ketamine-based treatment services not subject to REMS requirements, following provider orders and established clinical guidelines.
- • Prepare patients for treatment, conduct pre-treatment evaluations of physical, mental, and emotional status, and provide continuous monitoring during and after procedures.
- • Ensure a safe and supportive treatment environment by adhering to emergency and safety procedures, maintaining equipment readiness, and reporting equipment needs promptly.
- • Coordinate patient flow and scheduling logistics for treatment days, including room preparation, readiness checks, and timely communication with clinicians and operational staff.
- • Deliver patient education within scope of practice, support service recovery, and foster patient engagement and retention in treatment programs.
- • Accurately document all patient interactions, treatments, observations, and outcomes in compliance with medical and legal standards.
- • Maintain inventory of medications and supplies, log administered medications, and ensure regulatory compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements.
- • Operate and monitor medical technology and equipment used for patient assessment and treatment support.
- • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and alignment with individualized treatment plans.
- • Adhere to all established medical protocols, legal guidelines, and health and safety standards in daily practice.
- • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving treatment modalities, clinical best practices, and regulatory updates.
- • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for administrative and documentation tasks.
- • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, coworkers, patients, and caregivers to ensure clarity, safety, and high-quality patient experience.
- • Maintain valid Georgia Paramedic License and NREMT Paramedic certification at all times during employment.
- • Hold current BLS and ACLS certifications; maintain certification through required renewal processes.
- • Experience with Athena EHR system is required for accurate and efficient patient record management.
