  • • You will play a crucial role in educating payers and applicants about their accounts, providing them with the necessary information to navigate their payment solutions effectively.
  • • A key aspect of this position involves assisting new users in setting up their accounts, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
  • • You will be entrusted with updating demographic and other vital information on payer and applicant accounts, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • • A significant part of your day will involve independently troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, demonstrating ownership and a commitment to finding solutions for payer and applicant needs.
