- • A part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) role focused on delivering compassionate, in-home care to patients with chronic conditions and limited mobility across Philadelphia, PA, as part of Ennoble Care’s mission to provide mobile primary, palliative, and hospice services.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include caring for a census of 5–6 patients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding, supporting mobility through positioning and transfers, aiding with prescribed exercises and range-of-motion activities, performing light housekeeping tasks like changing linens and laundry, and promptly reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.

🎯 Requirements
- • Must be a certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) with valid state certification.
- • Minimum of one year of experience as a CNA, hospice aide, or home health aide, with hospice experience preferred.
- • Must be at least 18 years old and have completed at least 75 hours of training, including 16 hours of supervised practical training and 16 hours of classroom instruction.
- • Must possess a valid driver’s license, an insured automobile in good working order, and current auto insurance for travel to patient homes.
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with patients, families, and clinical team members.
