- • Think Academy US is seeking a Part-Time Course Consultant to provide expert guidance and personalized support to parents of elementary and middle school students, ensuring their educational needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in product training, addressing client inquiries via phone, email, and social media, engaging potential clients, building relationships with parents by understanding academic needs, developing and executing enrollment plans to meet targets, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with academic, marketing, and operations teams.
- • Think Academy US is a 100% owned subsidiary of TAL Education Group (NYSE: TAL), an established Ed-Tech company providing K-12 extracurricular learning services through science and technology, with a mission to foster critical thinking and logic skills in children using innovative teaching techniques and the belief that love and technology can improve education.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience, gain deep knowledge of K-12 educational products, and grow professionally in a supportive environment that values responsiveness, teamwork, and a solution-oriented mindset.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Teaching or Education is preferred.
- • 1-2 years of prior experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- • Fluency in both English and Mandarin with strong communication skills to effectively engage with parents and students.
- • Enthusiasm for education and helping students succeed, with empathy toward parents’ needs and concerns.
- • Demonstrated responsiveness to tasks and deadlines, maintaining a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
- • Flexible schedule with availability for 20-30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
