- • Your primary responsibility will involve conducting outbound calls to newly issued businesses, extending a warm welcome to the Globe Life Family. This proactive outreach is crucial for establishing a strong foundation of trust and satisfaction from the outset.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to skillfully navigate our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system while engaging with recently approved customers. You will be tasked with collecting the first premium payment, a critical step in activating their life insurance policies. This requires a blend of excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to guide customers through the payment process efficiently and securely.
- • You will also be instrumental in warming up potential customers generated through internet leads. By making outbound calls, you will engage with these prospects, understand their needs, and provide initial explanations of policy benefits. This crucial step prepares them for our Sales Team, increasing the likelihood of conversion and ensuring a positive initial interaction with Globe Life.
- • A significant part of your role will involve clearly and concisely explaining the benefits of our various life insurance policies to potential and existing customers. This requires a thorough understanding of our product offerings and the ability to articulate complex information in an easily digestible manner, tailored to the individual needs of each caller.
- • You will be responsible for completing necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, whether it pertains to new policy activations, payment processing, or policy service adjustments. Maintaining meticulous records is paramount to our operational integrity.
- • Furthermore, you will provide essential support with correspondence and error corrections for policy service. This involves addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise with existing policies, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and policy integrity.
- • The role also encompasses executing special projects that may involve making a high volume of outbound calls for various campaigns or initiatives across our sister companies, including AIL & LNL. You will be expected to accurately record all activities and customer interactions as requested, contributing to broader company objectives.
- • This position demands heavy outbound and inbound telecommunication, requiring you to be comfortable and proficient on the phone for extended periods. Moderate writing tasks will also be part of your responsibilities, such as responding to emails or documenting call details. A significant amount of time will be spent using a PC, and you must be able to sit for extended periods while maintaining focus and productivity.
- • You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong organizational abilities will be essential for managing your call lists, follow-ups, and documentation effectively. A customer-friendly attitude is non-negotiable, as you are often the first point of contact and a key representative of Globe Life.
- • Maintaining confidentiality regarding customer information and company data is a critical requirement. You must be adept at handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and adhering to all privacy policies.
