- • As a Partner Account Manager based in Albany, New York, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact through strategic partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to drive exponential growth by cultivating and developing key relationships within our partner ecosystem.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to engage, build, and nurture referral relationships with a diverse range of partners, including tech companies, human capital management (HCM) providers, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors who serve the SMB market.
- • You will be instrumental in creating and expanding strategic referral networks, focusing on generating high-quality leads and identifying new partnership opportunities that align with Human Interest's growth objectives.
- • This role demands a proactive and forward-thinking individual who can anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions. You will be empowered to exercise your own discretion and judgment to navigate complex situations and ensure partner success.
- • A key aspect of your daily work will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, to proactively identify and resolve any emerging issues that may impact partner relationships or operational efficiency.
- • You will partner with the Partner Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative initiatives designed to drive partner sales and engagement. This could include organizing educational events, developing targeted email campaigns, hosting webinars, and other co-marketing activities.
- • A significant part of your role will be to work collaboratively with partners to define clear business goals and performance metrics. This includes tracking the depth of the sales pipeline and revenue generation to ensure the development and execution of effective go-to-market strategies and robust demand-generation activities.
- • You will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing partner relationships, ensuring they are maximizing their potential with Human Interest and consistently meeting or exceeding their business objectives.
- • This position requires a deep understanding of the SMB market and the various channels through which these businesses access financial and HR solutions.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to your partners, providing them with the resources, support, and insights they need to successfully integrate Human Interest into their offerings and drive mutual growth.
- • Success in this role means not only achieving individual targets but also contributing significantly to the overall success and scalability of Human Interest's Partnership Program.
- • You will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs within the retirement and benefits space to identify new opportunities and refine partnership strategies.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space, including territory sales and business development.
- • Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
- • Ability to be in the field 3 days/week.
- • Must be located in either Albany, New York, Vermont, or New Hampshire.
