- • Partner Account Manager role focused on building and scaling strategic referral partnerships to expand Human Interest’s retirement plan access for small and medium businesses across the U.S.
- • Daily responsibilities include developing referral relationships with tech partners, HCM providers, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors; creating strategic referral networks; resolving cross-functional issues; collaborating on partner marketing initiatives; and establishing performance metrics with partners to drive go-to-market strategies
- • Human Interest is a high-growth fintech mission-driven company backed by top investors including BlackRock, TPG, SoftBank, and Glynn Capital, dedicated to making retirement savings accessible and affordable for underserved workers
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in partnership sales, strategic account management, and go-to-market execution while contributing to a meaningful mission of closing the retirement gap and advancing your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space, including territory sales and business development
- • Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment
- • Ability to travel and be in the field 3 days per week; must be located in the Miami area
