- • As a Partner Account Manager in New Hampshire, you will be instrumental in developing, nurturing, and growing key relationships with referral partners, driving significant contributions to our company's exponential growth.
- • This role is crucial to our Partnership Program, a key initiative focused on building and amplifying referral networks that connect small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with accessible retirement solutions.
- • You will be responsible for engaging with a diverse range of partners, including tech companies, human capital management (HCM) providers, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors, fostering a collaborative ecosystem for lead generation and new business opportunities.
- • Proactively identify and address emerging challenges within partner relationships, working cross-functionally with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless operations and partner success.
- • Collaborate closely with the Partner Marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative co-marketing initiatives, including educational events, targeted email campaigns, and engaging webinars, designed to drive partner sales and promote Human Interest's value proposition.
- • Work collaboratively with partners to define clear business objectives and performance metrics, such as pipeline depth and revenue generation, to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities.
- • Cultivate and expand a robust network of strategic referral partners, focusing on creating mutually beneficial relationships that generate high-quality leads and unlock new partnership avenues.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for your assigned partners, providing them with the resources, support, and insights needed to effectively present and sell Human Interest's retirement solutions.
- • Develop a deep understanding of the SMB market and the unique needs of businesses seeking retirement benefits, enabling you to tailor partnership strategies and solutions accordingly.
- • Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize results and exceed targets.
- • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes within the fintech and retirement services sectors to inform partnership strategies and identify new opportunities.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our partnership program by providing feedback on processes, tools, and strategies based on your on-the-ground experience.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space (including territory sales and business development).
- • Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
- • Ability to be in the field 3 days/week.
- • Must be located in either Albany, New York, Vermont, or New Hampshire.
- • Tech-savvy, with familiarity using Salesforce to manage sales cycles preferred.
- • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
