  • • Join Human Interest, a high-growth fintech company on a mission to democratize retirement savings for all working Americans. We are dedicated to ensuring that individuals in every line of work have access to essential retirement benefits, addressing the critical gap where over half of working Americans are not saving enough for their future.
  • • As a Partner Account Manager based in New York City, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact by cultivating and growing strategic relationships within our Partnership Program. This program is a cornerstone of our growth strategy, and your success will directly contribute to making retirement savings accessible to more small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across the United States.
  • • You will be responsible for engaging, building, and developing key accounts and identifying new growth opportunities within our partner ecosystem. This includes fostering strong relationships with a diverse range of partners such as tech companies, human capital management (HCM) providers, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors who serve the SMB market.
  • • Your primary objective will be to create and nurture strategic referral networks and partnerships that drive lead generation and unlock new avenues for business development. This requires a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with our Partner Marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative initiatives designed to amplify partner sales efforts. This could include co-hosting educational events, developing targeted email campaigns, organizing webinars, and other demand-generation activities that highlight the value of Human Interest to our partners' client bases.
  • • You will work diligently with partners to establish clear business goals and performance metrics, such as the depth of their sales pipeline and revenue generation targets. Based on these objectives, you will develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation plans that align with both Human Interest's and the partner's strategic aims.
  • • Proactively identifying and resolving emerging issues within partner relationships is crucial. You will act as a central point of contact, working cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless operations and to provide timely and effective solutions to any challenges that arise.
  • • This role demands a forward-thinking, meticulously organized, and self-motivated sales professional who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will need to exercise a high degree of discretion and independent judgment to develop creative solutions and drive results.
  • • We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building relationships and possesses a proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment. Your ability to operate independently, adapt to change, and remain resilient in the face of setbacks will be key to your success.
  • • You will be expected to be solutions-oriented, willing to dive deep into operational partnership issues to ensure smooth functioning and client satisfaction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as building trust and advocating for our mission will be paramount.
  • • As part of this role, you will be expected to travel to be in the field approximately 3 days per week, engaging directly with partners and clients in the New York City area.
  • • This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and on the financial futures of countless individuals. You will be instrumental in architecting and scaling solutions that bring financial security to employees at small and medium-sized businesses nationwide.
  • • Human Interest is committed to fostering a culture of customer obsession, long-term orientation, autonomous and accountable teams, an escalating bar for talent and performance, and fundamental optimism. We believe in empowering our team members to be their best selves and to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

🎯 Requirements
