📋 Description

• Partner Account Manager role focused on building and scaling referral relationships with tech partners, HCM providers, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors to expand retirement plan access for SMBs across the U.S.
• Daily responsibilities include developing strategic partner networks, identifying and resolving partnership issues cross-functionally, collaborating on marketing initiatives, and establishing performance metrics with partners to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
• Human Interest is a high-growth fintech mission-driven company backed by top investors including BlackRock, TPG, and SoftBank, dedicated to making retirement savings accessible and affordable for small and medium-sized businesses.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in partnership strategy, sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration while directly contributing to closing the retirement gap and advancing your career in a purpose-led, innovative environment.
