  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking partners on a global streaming platform that enables live events, video chats, and real-time user interactions.
  • • Drive partner growth and success by providing strategic guidance, onboarding support, and ongoing relationship management tailored to Portuguese-speaking streamers and content creators.
  • • Collaborate with partners to optimize their content strategy, increase viewer engagement, and maximize monetization opportunities on the platform.
  • • Monitor partner performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve retention, stream quality, and audience growth.
  • • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams including product, marketing, and operations to communicate partner feedback and advocate for feature enhancements.
  • • Identify high-potential Portuguese-speaking partners and develop customized growth plans to scale their presence and revenue on the platform.
  • • Stay informed about platform updates, new features, and monetization tools to effectively educate partners and ensure adoption.
  • • Support the company’s strategic expansion into European and Arab markets by ensuring strong partner engagement and alignment with regional growth objectives.
  • • Maintain accurate records of partner communications, performance data, and agreements within internal CRM and tracking systems.
  • • Proactively resolve partner concerns, troubleshoot technical or policy-related issues, and ensure a positive, ad-free user experience for both partners and their audiences.
  • • Contribute to the company’s goal of becoming a top 3 product in its niche by enhancing content quality, increasing user retention, and driving revenue through partner success.
  • • Participate in regular performance reviews and reporting to leadership on partner health, revenue contribution, and market trends within Portuguese-speaking regions.
  • • Represent the company professionally in partner meetings, virtual events, and community forums to strengthen brand trust and loyalty.
  • • Coordinate with regional marketing teams to promote partner-led campaigns and events that align with global platform initiatives.
  • • Ensure all partner interactions comply with platform policies and global standards for safety, moderation, and ethical engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Native or fluent Portuguese language proficiency (spoken and written)
  • • Proven experience in partner account management, business development, or creator relations
  • • Strong understanding of live streaming platforms, content monetization, and digital entertainment ecosystems
  • • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable partner strategies
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • • Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and remote environment
