• • Partner Account Manager role focused on building and scaling referral relationships with tech partners, HCM providers, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors to expand Human Interest’s retirement plan access for small and medium businesses.
• • Daily responsibilities include developing strategic referral networks, resolving cross-functional issues with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, collaborating on partner marketing initiatives, and establishing performance metrics and go-to-market strategies with partners.
