📋 Description

• • As a Partner Account Manager for Pure Storage in Switzerland, you will serve as the primary operational and administrative liaison for reseller partners in the French-speaking region, directly influencing indirect revenue growth by enhancing partner efficiency, readiness, and program compliance.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing deal registration processes in Salesforce, coordinating with internal Account Executives for seamless opportunity handoffs, guiding partners through sales and technical training programs, resolving operational issues such as portal access and CPQ problems, supporting channel marketing initiatives, and documenting best practices to streamline partner workflows.
• • You will join Pure Storage’s Channel Sales team, a high-impact function focused on enabling reseller success through operational excellence, working closely with GPO Sales, Channel Ops, and Marketing teams to drive joint go-to-market effectiveness in a fast-paced, innovative technology environment.
