  • • Partner Account Manager (Voice AI) at Lavendo Inc. is a builder role focused on creating and growing a partner ecosystem from scratch in the Dental and Emerging Verticals, with no existing book of business to inherit.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and signing new partners across dental, healthcare, restaurants, home services, and adjacent verticals; owning the full partner lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to joint business planning and health monitoring; running QBRs, pipeline reviews, and churn recovery plans; monitoring partner agent deployment health to proactively identify and resolve at-risk accounts; driving partner engagement through promotions, referral programs, and tiered incentive structures; and feeding structured partner insights back to the product team as the internal voice of the partner.
  • • The company is a fast-growing, post-Series A AI startup that has raised $32M and built a go-to Voice AI platform for SMBs, with AI agents handling inbound calls, booking appointments, nurturing leads, and driving revenue 24/7; over 15,000 agents deployed and 10,000+ businesses using the platform, with revenue doubling in the final two months of 2025.
