- • Serve as a strategic technical advisor and enablement leader for ExtraHop partner technologies within Optiv’s sales, services, and partner ecosystems.
- • Deliver detailed technical presentations and live demonstrations of ExtraHop solutions to internal teams and clients to drive pre-sales excellence.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical sales enablement assets including sizing guidelines, best practice guides, integration documentation, and solution design frameworks.
- • Lead the creation of reusable demonstration assets and use case scenarios that align ExtraHop technologies with client business objectives and Optiv’s service portfolio.
- • Design and execute enablement workshops and training sessions for sales engineers, client solution architects, and technical delivery teams.
- • Define and document solution architectures, product matrices, and roadmap alignment for ExtraHop technologies to ensure consistent and scalable deployments.
- • Provide SKU guidance, bundling strategies, and partner service mapping to support accurate and repeatable solution delivery across client engagements.
- • Collaborate with client advisory and delivery teams to validate service offerings, ensure technical accuracy, and align with deployment standards.
- • Support client retention and technology optimization through advisory assessments and best-practice reviews.
- • Conduct client workshops to maximize solution adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure full realization of technology investment value.
- • Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges related to ExtraHop integrations and partner services.
- • Shadow partner engineering and internal consulting teams to stay current on evolving product capabilities and deployment patterns.
- • Contribute to internal communities of practice and knowledge-sharing initiatives to elevate organizational expertise around ExtraHop technologies.
- • Maintain expert-level technical certifications in ExtraHop and related security and networking platforms.
- • Travel up to 40% to support client meetings, partner events, and enablement sessions across the continental U.S.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ExtraHop or assigned partner technologies
- • Expert-level certification in at least one assigned partner technology (e.g., ExtraHop)
- • Relevant industry certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, CISSP, GSEC, CEH, or comparable security/networking credentials
- • Proven track record in both pre-sales and post-sales technical roles
- • Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills with experience engaging large audiences
- • Ability to travel up to 40% for client and partner engagements
