- • Partner, Commercial Excellence is a senior leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide sales performance, strategy, and technology adoption to ensure sustained commercial growth and operational excellence across Guidehouse.
- • The role involves leading the Commercial Excellence function by owning strategy, overseeing sales enablement, managing performance metrics, driving technology innovation, and fostering a high-performance sales culture through influence and change management.
- • Guidehouse is a purpose-built professional services firm helping clients in commercial and public sectors solve complex challenges; the Growth Office team promotes collaboration, innovation, and best practices in strategy, leadership, sales, and marketing.
- • The individual will develop expertise in enterprise sales operations, AI-driven sales transformation, executive stakeholder management, and large-scale change leadership while shaping Guidehouse’s go-to-market future and mentoring senior talent.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior leadership experience in sales or growth functions
- • Bachelor's degree required
- • 15+ years of prior relevant experience
- • Track record of owning enterprise commercial outcomes (e.g., bookings/revenue growth, margin expansion, win rate improvement, forecast accuracy)
- • Demonstrated ability to influence and align C-suite and segment leaders through governance and decision-rights clarity
- • Experience stewarding investment decisions in commercial enablement, data, AI, and sales technology
- • Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead senior leaders, including succession planning
- • Strong understanding of enterprise sales operations and performance management
- • Experience owning and modernizing CRM platforms and sales technology ecosystems
- • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
