- • The Partner Development Director at Equifax Inc. will drive significant revenue growth and expand market reach in the UK by building and managing strategic partnerships with technology providers, resellers, system integrators, and alliance partners. This senior role is pivotal to Equifax UK’s growth strategy, directly contributing to innovation, market expansion, and mutual value creation through collaborative initiatives that align with corporate objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing potential partners based on strategic fit and target markets; developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies to stimulate revenue growth; designing and implementing partner recruitment and onboarding programs; cultivating long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders as the primary liaison; creating and monitoring joint business plans with defined KPIs; collaborating with sales and marketing teams to craft compelling joint value propositions; negotiating and managing partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefit; aligning with product, marketing, and sales teams locally and globally to maintain strategic coherence; and staying informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies while representing Equifax at events and conferences.
- • The role sits within Equifax’s Sales and Account Management function, operating in a dynamic, global organization committed to data-driven insights and responsible innovation. 🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- • Extensive experience in partner development, alliance management, or business development within the technology or financial services industry
- • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships
- • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives
- • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strong grasp of sales and marketing principles
