📋 Description

• • The Partner Development Exec II at Pathward Financial, Inc. is responsible for planning and overseeing enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services for a designated partner or group of partners. This role develops deep partner relationships and uses Pathward and industry knowledge to drive growth, retention, and strategic alignment.
• • Day to day, the individual will develop and maintain individual Partner relationships, create Partner-specific strategic account plans aligned with quarterly revenue and corporate strategy, champion partner business development initiatives within Pathward, identify and drive new product opportunities in collaboration with Solutions Engineering and Revenue Operations, monitor trends and partner needs, provide feedback on performance, hold regular face-to-face meetings with senior partner executives, align partner needs with internal solutions, and provide coaching and mentoring to Partner-specific teams.
