- • Partner Development Manager (Bilingual, Korean) at Fiserv, Inc. – a global leader in fintech and payments – responsible for cultivating, identifying, and securing growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and direct selling initiatives with assigned partners to drive new business and increase partner value.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies for newly signed partners, building and maintaining strong partner relationships, increasing partner value through product and solution presentations, conducting business reviews to identify opportunities, liaising with internal departments to fulfill partner needs, maintaining reports, executing internal audits as needed, and performing other tasks as required.
- • Fiserv is a global fintech leader that moves money and information securely and reliably for financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers worldwide, enabling everyday transactions like credit card swipes, mobile payments, and bank withdrawals.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic sales expertise, deepen your knowledge of the payments industry, enhance your CRM and relationship management skills, and grow your ability to collaborate across teams in a dynamic, fast-growing environment while leveraging bilingual Korean communication to drive partner success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in relationship management within the payments industry
- • Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of sales-related experience preferred
- • Bilingual proficiency in Korean (required)
- • Ability to communicate professionally via written and verbal communication
- • Extreme attention to detail and ability to multi-task across various systems and tasks
