- • As a Partner Development Representative in Ramp's Advisory & Services channel, you will be the engine behind acquiring, reactivating, and qualifying consulting firms, System Integrators, and advisory practices that refer, implement, or integrate Ramp for their clients, directly driving referral pipeline and commercial value.
- • You will source and qualify net new partners, reactivate dormant services partners, engage system integrators in key ERP ecosystems, craft tailored outbound messaging, maintain accurate partner data in Salesforce, and leverage AI tools to scale outreach and build repeatable workflows across a high-volume partner book.
- • You will join a strategically important growth team at Ramp, a company building smart infrastructure for finance teams that automates over $200B in annualized spend for 70,000+ companies, where everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions.
- • In this role, you will develop executive presence to credibly engage Partners and Managing Directors at top-tier firms, build ownership of a still-being-written playbook, and gain deep expertise in how consulting and advisory firms serve CXO-level clients while driving partner-led revenue impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Grit and drive to run a high-volume, high-quality outbound motion against senior contacts who are hard to reach, with persistence to keep going
- • Executive presence to hold credible conversations with Partners or Managing Directors at consulting or advisory firms
- • Deep understanding of how consulting firms go to market, serve CXO-level clients, and drive influence
- • Strong written communication skills for pithy, credible outreach that gets responses from senior people at busy firms
- • 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, sales development, or as a business analyst in a strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
- • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
