Partner Engineer

📋 Description

• • As Tempo's Partner Engineer, you'll be the technical force behind how the world's most important financial infrastructure integrates with our protocol. You'll own integration surfaces end to end to get wallets, bridges, custody providers, and compliance tools across the finish line, debugging blockers in real time, writing the guides and templates that make integrations repeatable, and turning what you learn in partner channels into better product decisions.
• • Day to day, you'll collaborate with engineering and GTM to lead integration strategy across wallets, bridges, custody, compliance, and infrastructure partners, writing guides, templates, and tooling that make integrations faster and more reliable. You'll own adoption of Tempo's core features by building dashboards and trackers, identifying who should be using what and why they aren't, and driving partners to ship. You'll debug integrations directly with partners in real time, own the resolution, and ensure the same issue doesn't surface again.
• • You'll be part of a fast-moving, technically deep team at Tempo Labs Inc., a company focused on building foundational financial infrastructure on blockchain. The team operates at the intersection of protocol engineering and partner enablement, where technical excellence directly impacts ecosystem adoption.
• • In this role, you'll develop deep expertise in EVM systems, blockchain integration patterns, and developer experience design. You'll learn how to translate real-world partner friction into product improvements, sharpen your ability to operate across technical and business domains, and become a key influencer in shaping Tempo's product roadmap based on integration insights.
