- • The Partner & Events Marketing Manager is a critical role responsible for activating, maintaining, and scaling marketing efforts through UpGuard’s external partner ecosystem, including MSSPs, fulfillment partners, and B2B marketplaces, while driving pipeline and brand amplification through strategic events.
- • Day to day, the role involves planning, producing, and measuring a calendar of partner-facing events to generate pipeline and deepen relationships, optimizing B2B marketplace listings (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for qualified trial generation, and ensuring partners receive up-to-date, on-brand GTM materials to support new logo acquisition and expansion revenue.
- • The Marketing team at UpGuard includes Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Content Marketing, SEO, Community, Design, and Video, working to scale a repeatable marketing engine and build a leading brand in Cyber VRM and Attack Surface Management markets.
- • In this role, the person will learn to align partner and event strategies with revenue goals, gain expertise in B2B marketplace optimization, and develop cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Revenue, and centralized execution teams to drive measurable impact in a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in partner marketing and/or event marketing within B2B or technology sectors
- • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure partner-facing events and campaigns
- • Experience optimizing B2B marketplace listings (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for lead generation
- • Strong collaboration skills to work with Product, Revenue, and Marketing Ops teams
- • Ability to create and distribute on-brand GTM materials for partner enablement
- • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or related technology industries (nice-to-have)
