- • The Partner Executive at NICE Ltd. is responsible for developing, managing, and growing the Global System Integrator (GSI) partner ecosystem to drive profitable revenue and long-term success in the commercial market, focusing on strategic alliances rather than traditional channel relationships.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and managing strategic GSI relationships, developing joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives, meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline targets, driving product adoption through hyperscaler collaborations, serving as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, aligning partner capabilities with NICE offerings, leading onboarding and enablement, monitoring partner performance, addressing partner needs, staying informed on market trends, and representing NICE at industry events.
- • The role supports senior partner leadership by operationalizing strategic initiatives, managing key alliance programs, preparing reports and dashboards, coordinating cross-functional efforts, assisting in executive engagements, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting piloting and scaling of new GSI programs.

- • The Partner Executive will gain deep expertise in alliance management, commercial strategy, and enterprise technology ecosystems, while developing leadership and influence skills through cross-functional collaboration and executive engagement, positioning them for advancement in partner sales, strategic alliances, or global go-to-market leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in alliance or partnership management, preferably supporting Global System Integrators (GSIs) or strategic partners
- • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing GSI or strategic partner relationships (non-channel focus)
- • 2+ years of experience in contact center software, CRM, or related technologies
- • Experience working with large, global partners in complex, matrixed environments
- • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and business objectives
- • Strong business acumen, including financial and pipeline management
- • Excellent project management and organizational skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including executive-level communication
- • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across organizations
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- • Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles within a commercial enterprise context
- • Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities through alliance partners
- • Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize key insights and act strategically
- • Ability to multitask while maintaining responsiveness and high-quality execution
