📋 Description

  • • Seeq is at the forefront of the industrial analytics revolution, empowering organizations to harness the power of their operational data. We are seeking a highly strategic, motivated, and detail-oriented Partner Field Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering impactful enablement programs that significantly accelerate partner readiness, foster deep technical and commercial alignment, and ultimately fuel Seeq and partner-led revenue growth. You will be the architect of our partner's success, ensuring they possess the knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively position, sell, and implement Seeq's innovative solutions.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to craft and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy tailored to our diverse partner ecosystem, which includes system integrators, technology partners, and value-added resellers. This strategy will encompass a multi-faceted approach, integrating various learning methodologies and delivery channels to cater to different learning styles and business needs. You will be responsible for understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within each partner segment and developing targeted programs that address these specific requirements.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams, to ensure our enablement programs are aligned with Seeq's overall business objectives, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategies. You will act as a crucial bridge between Seeq's internal expertise and our external partners, translating complex technical concepts and commercial value propositions into digestible and actionable learning content.
  • • You will be tasked with developing a robust curriculum that covers a wide range of topics, including Seeq's core product functionalities, advanced analytics capabilities, industry-specific use cases, competitive positioning, sales methodologies, and implementation best practices. This curriculum will be continuously updated to reflect new product releases, market trends, and evolving customer needs. The content you develop will be delivered through a variety of formats, such as instructor-led training sessions (virtual and in-person), e-learning modules, workshops, webinars, hands-on labs, and comprehensive documentation.
  • • Measuring the effectiveness of enablement programs will be a critical component of your success. You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track partner engagement, knowledge acquisition, skill development, and ultimately, the impact on partner-driven revenue. You will leverage data and analytics to identify areas for improvement, refine program content, and demonstrate the ROI of enablement initiatives to both internal leadership and our partner community.
  • • Beyond program development and delivery, you will also play a role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the partner network. This may involve creating forums for partners to share best practices, facilitating peer-to-peer learning opportunities, and providing ongoing support and resources to ensure partners remain at the cutting edge of Seeq's offerings.
  • • You will be expected to stay abreast of industry best practices in partner enablement and adult learning principles, continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance the learning experience and maximize partner performance. Your ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market and proactively identify emerging enablement needs will be crucial.
  • • This role requires a proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You will be empowered to take initiative, drive projects to completion, and make a tangible impact on Seeq's growth trajectory through the success of our partners. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams alike. You will be a trusted advisor and a key enabler of partner success, contributing directly to the expansion of Seeq's market presence and revenue streams.
  • • Ultimately, your success in this role will be measured by the increased technical proficiency, commercial acumen, and overall productivity of Seeq's partner network, leading to accelerated sales cycles, larger deal sizes, and a stronger competitive position in the market. You will be a driving force behind our partner program's evolution and a critical contributor to Seeq's mission of transforming industrial data into actionable insights.
