- • The Partner Manager, with a specific focus on Channel Operations and Enablement, plays a pivotal role in building the foundational infrastructure, refining processes, and developing strategic programs essential for scaling SpryPoint's partner ecosystem. This role is critical for driving operational excellence, ensuring partner readiness, and leveraging data-driven insights to guarantee that our partnerships are not only measurable and repeatable but also deliver significant, impactful outcomes.
- • Your primary responsibility will be the creation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of internal and external Channel Alliances enablement tools. This encompasses developing resources and programs that empower our sales, marketing, and broader organizational teams to effectively engage with and leverage our partner network. You will be instrumental in defining and executing operational strategies that streamline partner onboarding, support, and performance management.
- • This role requires a proactive and analytical approach to identify opportunities for process improvement within our channel operations. You will be responsible for developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of our partner programs and identify areas for optimization. This includes establishing reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into partner performance and program ROI.
- • You will collaborate closely with various internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of partner strategies. Your ability to foster strong cross-functional relationships will be key to driving the success of our channel initiatives.
- • Developing and delivering comprehensive training materials and programs for both internal teams and external partners will be a core function. This includes creating documentation, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed.
- • You will be responsible for managing the partner portal and other enablement platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and provide maximum value to our partners. This involves curating content, managing access, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- • The role also involves contributing to the strategic planning of our channel program, identifying new opportunities for partner engagement, and evaluating the effectiveness of existing partnerships. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the future direction of our partner ecosystem.
