- • As a Partner Manager for EMEA at Abacum Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by building and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem. This role is critical to Abacum’s growth strategy, as partners are key to accelerating adoption of its Business Planning platform among finance teams seeking to transition from manual reporting to strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and enabling implementation and reseller partners with deep expertise in CPM/EPM and ERP systems, ensuring they are equipped to drive revenue and deliver value to mutual customers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting new partners through targeted outreach and market research, leading end-to-end onboarding programs that include technical training, sales enablement, and certification processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, maintaining regular cadence of communication through business reviews, joint planning sessions, and ad-hoc support. You will co-develop joint business plans with partners, aligning on lead generation targets, sales quotas, and marketing initiatives, while tracking performance against KPIs such as partner-sourced revenue, pipeline influence, and activation rates. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to design and execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, and events, providing partners with ready-to-use marketing assets and campaign kits. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partners receive timely support, share feedback for product improvement, and help resolve escalations. You will also enable partner technical teams through workshops, hands-on labs, and documentation to ensure they can successfully implement and position Abacum’s solution.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS channel strategy, partner economics, and enterprise sales motions within the CPM/EPM and ERP landscape. You will sharpen your skills in negotiation, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven performance tracking, while building a scalable partner program that directly contributes to Abacum’s revenue growth. You will gain exposure to senior leadership and investors, and have the opportunity to shape the partner function from the ground up in a high-growth environment. Success in this role can lead to advancement into senior partner management, channel leadership, or broader GTM strategy positions within Abacum or the wider SaaS industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances within SaaS, EPM, or CPM software sectors (CPM sales experience without partner experience is also considered a qualifier).
- • Demonstrated success in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling implementation and reseller partners.
- • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and partner enablement best practices.
- • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on partner performance using data and KPIs.
- • Experience working with consulting, advisory, or systems integration partners is a plus.
