We are more than just a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we are a community that believes in unlocking individual potential, celebrating learning, and realizing tangible impact. This is not merely a job; it's an opportunity to supercharge your career through the people you'll work with, the challenging projects you'll undertake, and the programs that fuel our collective success.
  • • As a Partner Operations Manager within our Strategic Operations team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our partner ecosystem. This role is designed for a highly analytical and data-driven individual with a robust background in sales enablement, compliance, or operational strategy. If you thrive on dissecting complex problems using data, possess a proven ability to manage and optimize partner relationships, and are eager to drive operational excellence, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
  • • The Vertical Operations team, where this role resides, acts as the strategic backbone of our Operations division. We are directly accountable for the end-to-end performance of each vertical, meticulously defining service standards, establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensuring our partners consistently meet and exceed customer and business expectations. Our mandate goes beyond mere execution; we are the architects of strategic scalability, expertly balancing service quality, partner accountability, and cost efficiency.
  • • Through the diligent application of data-driven insights, the implementation of robust governance frameworks, and seamless cross-functional collaboration, the Vertical Operations team ensures that every operational process is a direct contributor to sustainable and impactful business growth.
  • • In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of critical functions:
  • • **Performance Analysis and Optimization:** Conduct in-depth analysis of partner performance data to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and significant opportunities for improvement. This involves delving into metrics, understanding root causes of performance deviations, and formulating data-backed strategies for enhancement.
  • • **Financial Modeling and Strategy Development:** Develop and implement sophisticated financial models and strategic frameworks designed to optimize partner relationships, effectively resolve disputes, and drive overall operational efficiency. This requires a keen understanding of financial levers and their impact on partner performance.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Service teams, to ensure that partner strategies are seamlessly aligned with broader business objectives and company-wide goals.
  • • **Process Improvement Leadership:** Lead key initiatives aimed at refining and enhancing critical partner-facing processes, including partner onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Your focus will be on creating more efficient, scalable, and effective workflows.
  • • **Executive Reporting and Insights:** Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and detailed reports to senior leadership, offering clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on your analysis. The ability to translate complex data into understandable business implications is crucial.
  • • **Industry and Regulatory Awareness:** Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and evolving regulatory changes that impact supplier operations, ensuring Super.com remains compliant and competitive.
  • • You will be a key player in ensuring our partners operate at the highest level, contributing directly to Super.com's mission of maximizing lives. Your work will directly influence partner satisfaction, operational efficiency, and ultimately, the success of our business. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
