  • • Design and evolve OpenAI’s global partner program framework, including partnership tiers, competencies, benefits, incentives, and engagement models for advisory firms, global systems integrators, resellers, ISVs, hyperscalers, and regional ecosystem partners.
  • • Define differentiated partner value propositions across distinct partner segments to ensure alignment with OpenAI’s GTM strategy and market positioning.
  • • Develop strategic partner incentives and growth frameworks, including discounts, co-sell motions, enablement pathways, certifications, and performance recognition programs that drive partner activation and retention.
  • • Create scalable partner enablement and training strategies that equip partners with technical, sales, and delivery capabilities specific to OpenAI’s products and solutions.
  • • Partner with GTM leadership to establish partner program KPIs, success metrics, and strategic go-to-market objectives that reflect ecosystem growth and customer impact.
  • • Drive cross-functional alignment across Partnerships, Marketing, Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Systems teams to operationalize new program initiatives and ensure consistent execution.
  • • Shape program governance and lifecycle strategies, including partner onboarding frameworks, progression criteria, renewals, and performance expectations to ensure long-term program integrity.
  • • Lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving partner engagement, satisfaction, and ecosystem scalability through data-informed program design and feedback loops.
  • • Conduct ecosystem analysis and market benchmarking against industry peers to continuously refine OpenAI’s partner strategy and maintain competitive differentiation.
  • • Help define the long-term vision for building and scaling a world-class AI partner ecosystem that supports OpenAI’s mission of safe and broadly shared artificial general intelligence.
  • • Translate ambiguous business goals into scalable, executable partner program frameworks that balance strategic vision with operational practicality in a fast-moving environment.
  • • Build transparency and consistency across the partner journey by standardizing expectations, benefits, competencies, and progression paths for all partner types.
  • • Design foundational structures that support future specializations, certifications, advanced partner tracks, international expansion, and evolving product offerings.
  • • Collaborate with Partner Operations and Systems teams to ensure strategic program requirements are translated into scalable operational workflows and tooling.
  • • Work closely with Technical Success and Enablement teams to develop certification and readiness programs that increase partner capability and customer success.
  • • Align partner competencies with OpenAI product strategy and launches through close coordination with Product and Product Marketing teams.
  • • Influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership through clear communication, program storytelling, and executive-level presentations to secure buy-in for program evolution.
  • • Ensure the partner program evolves alongside OpenAI’s rapidly changing business and product landscape while maintaining alignment with legal, compliance, and governance standards.
