- • As a Partner Sales Manager for the Americas at DeepL, you will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and technology/cloud partners across North and South America.
- • You will develop and execute regional channel strategies, recruit and activate high-impact partners, drive co-selling initiatives, and support joint business planning to generate net-new opportunities and co-marketing efforts.
- • You will collaborate closely with internal teams in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, consistent partner experiences, and accurate pipeline tracking using tools like Salesforce, PRM, Crossbeam, and Tackle.io.
- • You will enable partners through training and business development activities to effectively position DeepL’s AI productivity portfolio, while contributing to scalable, repeatable go-to-market programs.
- • You will join a mission-driven, globally distributed team of over 1,000 employees from more than 90 nationalities, working in a culture that values innovation, trust, and continuous growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Partnerships, specifically working with Resellers, Distributors, Systems Integrators, and Cloud vendors in the SaaS or AI space.
- • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets through partner ecosystems.
- • Strong understanding of the Americas partner landscape, including VAR models, distribution channels, and cloud marketplaces.
- • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a strong advantage due to the regional focus.
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with a self-directed, results-oriented mindset.
