- • Rescale is at the forefront of digital engineering, revolutionizing how groundbreaking products are developed through intelligent automation, applied AI, data management, and access to the world's largest network of engineering and R&D applications. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Sales Manager, CSPs, to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
- • This role is instrumental in generating new co-sell pipeline by actively engaging and mobilizing the field sales teams of our key CSP partners. You will be more than just a relationship manager; you will be a proactive force, orchestrating partner efforts to identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities, ensuring a robust and consistent flow of partner-referred pipeline.
- • Your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day execution of co-sell motions with CSP field sales teams. This involves working hand-in-hand with partner Account Executives and Solution Architects to collaboratively identify potential customers, rigorously qualify opportunities, and drive them through the sales cycle.
- • You will be tasked with operationalizing global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies at the field level. This means ensuring that Rescale's innovative solutions are consistently top-of-mind for CSP account managers and solution architects when engaging with their customer base, positioning Rescale as a critical partner in their cloud transformation journeys.
- • A key performance indicator for this role is achieving ambitious quarterly and annual targets for partner-referred pipeline. Success will be measured by the attainment of Sales Stage 1 opportunities sourced directly through proactive field GTM activities with our CSP partners.
- • A significant part of your role will involve enablement and evangelism. You will be responsible for educating CSP partner teams on Rescale’s unique value proposition, highlighting compelling use cases, and clearly articulating our differentiation. This knowledge transfer is crucial to empower partner sellers to effectively identify opportunities within their existing accounts and confidently introduce Rescale to their customers.
- • You will act as the essential bridge between Rescale’s internal Field Sales team and the external CSP partner teams. This involves facilitating seamless introductions, conducting account mapping exercises to identify mutual targets, and ensuring strategic alignment on key deals to maximize joint success.
- • Maintaining rigorous operational excellence is paramount. This includes meticulous pipeline tracking, accurate deal registration processes within both Rescale’s and the partners’ systems, and ensuring high forecast accuracy to provide visibility into partner-driven revenue.
- • Success in this role hinges on a proactive and 'hustle' mentality. You should be excited about actively engaging with partner sellers in the field, building your network, and relentlessly hunting for the next joint opportunity that can drive mutual success.
- • Exceptional relationship-building skills are essential. You must be adept at forging strong, trusted relationships with partner AEs, understanding their individual motivations and quota attainment goals, and demonstrating how partnering with Rescale can help them achieve and exceed their targets.
- • Demonstrating grit is crucial for navigating the complexities of large partner ecosystems. You will need to overcome administrative hurdles, persistent challenges, and maintain a tenacious approach until tangible results are achieved.
- • A strong sense of ownership is expected. You will take full accountability for your territory's partner pipeline numbers and the overall health and success of the relationships you manage.
- • As a team player, you will work seamlessly with Rescale’s internal Account Executives, ensuring that all partner-driven activities are strategically aligned with and supportive of their account plans and objectives.
