- • As a Partner Sales Manager for the DACH region at DeepL, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s indirect sales channel by building and scaling strategic partnerships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Distributors, and System Integrators (SIs). This role is critical to DeepL’s next phase of growth, moving beyond core translation into AI-powered productivity and voice technology solutions, where partner-led go-to-market strategies will drive significant revenue impact across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- • You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential partners who possess the market reach, technical expertise, and sales capability to accelerate DeepL’s penetration in the DACH region. This involves strategic relationship-building, commercial negotiation, and aligning partner incentives with DeepL’s growth objectives to ensure mutual success and long-term collaboration.
- • Day-to-day, you will manage partner sales performance by monitoring forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and progress toward agreed-upon revenue targets. You will develop and own the DACH Channel Partner Plan, which outlines GTM priorities, engagement strategies, and revenue planning, supported by quarterly business reviews with both partner and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
- • In close collaboration with Partner Marketing and Enablement teams, you will design, coordinate, and scale partner programs focused on onboarding, training, co-marketing, and incentives. These initiatives will empower partner sellers and technical teams to effectively position, demo, and sell DeepL’s AI solutions, thereby increasing pipeline velocity and close rates.
- • You will provide direct support to partner sellers throughout the sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, deal registration, pricing guidance, contract management, and closing assistance, while working hand-in-hand with DeepL’s direct sales and regional leadership to enable co-sell motions and prevent channel conflict.
- • Success in this role requires proactive identification and resolution of potential channel conflicts, ensuring trust and transparency between DeepL and its partners. You will report to the Head of Partner Growth for EMEA and North America, maintaining tight alignment with DACH Regional Sales Leadership to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of proven experience in channel or partner sales within SaaS, AI, or cloud technology companies, with a track record of building and scaling reseller, distributor, or SI ecosystems specifically across the DACH region.
- • Demonstrated ability to drive multimillion-euro ARR through strategic partnerships, including experience managing relationships with senior executives at leading resellers, distributors, telcos, or system integrators.
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and partner management tools such as Crossbeam, Tackle.io, or PRM systems, coupled with native/bilingual German and business-level English proficiency.
