📋 Description
- • Lead the implementation and service delivery of Autodesk Construction Solutions within the partner ecosystem to drive adoption and success of core construction products.
- • Empower key partners to deliver high-quality implementation, services, and support for Autodesk products, applications, and solutions through strategic enablement.
- • Design and execute service-driven programs that enable partners to deliver seamless implementations, drive product adoption, and maximize customer value using best-in-class workflows and methodologies.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Sales, and Partner Optimization teams to align partner service offerings with Autodesk’s evolving product roadmap.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular business reviews, providing guidance to optimize performance and ensure customer success.
- • Enable partners to align their service delivery with Autodesk standards by offering technical guidance, training, and best practices for Autodesk Construction Cloud in construction environments.
- • Analyze partner capacity and resources to identify opportunities for enhancing service expertise, improving delivery efficiency, and scaling support capabilities.
- • Assist partners in resolving complex service challenges, addressing customer escalations, and improving overall service delivery outcomes.
- • Ensure partner services remain current with Autodesk product updates, new features, and recommended implementation methodologies.
- • Support the optimization of scalable service programs that increase Autodesk solution adoption, customer retention, and long-term growth for partners.
- • Report to the leader of emerging solutions specialists and work in close coordination with construction sales and partner success teams in a hybrid work environment.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, translating technical product knowledge into actionable service strategies that drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- • Assess partner performance and service delivery effectiveness to recommend improvements and ensure alignment with Autodesk’s strategic goals for the construction market.
- • Act as a bridge between Autodesk product teams and partner organizations to communicate feedback, requirements, and technical updates.
- • Promote consistent, high-quality customer onboarding and support experiences across the partner network through standardized processes and training.
- • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance partner enablement strategies and maintain Autodesk’s leadership in construction technology.
