• • The Tech Partnerships team, situated within the Connectivity Track of our Product department, is instrumental in enhancing customer and prospect experiences through seamless integrations with other software platforms. • • With the upcoming E-invoicing reform in 2026, we are intensifying our focus on partnerships with ERP and invoicing software providers. In this dynamic landscape, the Partner Solution Engineer plays a pivotal role in expanding our connectivity with key market players, working collaboratively with our Tech Partnerships and Product teams.
• • This role is a unique blend of technical expertise and partner-facing skills. You will guide partners and customers in understanding and implementing our technical solutions, including APIs, features, and our product roadmap. Your strong communication abilities will be essential in cultivating and sustaining robust, long-term partnerships.
• • Your core mission will involve analyzing partner needs and architecting effective technical solutions that align with user expectations. You will serve as a vital liaison, bridging the gap between our external partners and internal stakeholders across partnerships, product, and sales teams.
• • Building and nurturing strong technical relationships with partners is paramount. You will contribute directly to the revenue generated from ISV partners by effectively marketing our API and Pennylane features to those developing integrations with us.
• • You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, ensuring timely delivery towards go-live milestones, and meticulously gathering qualitative feedback from partners. This feedback will be invaluable for informing our product and API development, driving continuous improvement.
• • Identifying key use cases and best practices will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will collaborate closely with our API teams to enhance our documentation and develop resources that empower our internal teams and external developers.
• • Creativity is encouraged as you will contribute to enhancing our API documentation, developing content tailored for developers and technical audiences, including toolkits and guidelines, to foster a thriving integration ecosystem.
