- • As a Partner Solution Engineer at Parloa, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the success of our strategic partners and directly contributing to Parloa’s revenue growth. Your primary mission is to engage deeply with the Parloa ecosystem of partners, identifying and nurturing opportunities that expand our market reach. You will be instrumental in empowering these partners to confidently discover, demonstrate, architect, and scope AI Agent solutions, ensuring seamless integration with key technology partners.
- • You will serve as a trusted technical and solution advisor, adept at translating Parloa’s sophisticated platform capabilities into tangible business value for our partners and their clients. Building and maintaining strong, long-term partner relationships will be central to your success, ensuring partners are supported and successful at every stage of the pre-sales journey. By fostering partner success, you will have a direct and significant impact on pipeline creation, the quality of deals secured, and ultimately, the long-term positive outcomes for our shared customers.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass acting as a trusted technical advisor to both Parloa’s strategic and emerging partners. You will guide them in building high-impact AI Agent solutions tailored for their end customers. A key part of your role will be enabling partners to effectively identify customer needs, deliver compelling demonstrations of the Parloa platform, and design scalable solutions that drive significant automation, cost savings, and enhance customer experience.
- • You will lead technical discovery and solutioning efforts across a diverse range of use cases. This includes modernizing contact centers and architecting complex enterprise integrations, leveraging Parloa’s robust sandbox environment and APIs. Guiding partners through Proofs of Concept (POCs) and technical validations will be crucial, ensuring both architectural alignment and commercial clarity for proposed solutions.
- • A core function will be translating intricate customer and partner requirements into clear, actionable solution designs that are perfectly aligned with Parloa’s product capabilities. You will be responsible for communicating the value proposition effectively across various stakeholders, from hands-on technical teams to executive sponsors, employing clear and compelling storytelling techniques.
- • Collaboration will be key. You will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive partner-led initiatives and co-sell motions. Furthermore, you will provide structured, valuable feedback from the field to influence and shape product development, enhance enablement resources, and refine go-to-market strategies, ensuring Parloa remains at the forefront of the industry.
- • This role demands a blend of deep technical understanding and strategic business acumen. You will be expected to dive into the technical details when necessary, such as conducting sandbox demos and guiding POCs, while also being able to articulate the broader strategic vision and business impact of Parloa’s solutions at an executive level. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business objectives will be paramount.
- • You will be a key player in ensuring our partners are not just users of Parloa, but advocates and experts, capable of independently driving successful outcomes for their clients. This involves a proactive approach to enablement, sharing best practices, and fostering a community of expertise around Parloa’s AI Agent technology. Your success will be measured by the growth of the partner channel and the quality of solutions delivered through these partnerships.
