- • As a Partner Solutions Engineer at Procore Technologies, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert and strategic enabler for NAMER (North America) partnerships, focusing specifically on Construction Management/Project Managers (CM/PMs) and Public Sector partners. Your role is critical in accelerating partner success by translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value, ensuring partners can effectively sell, implement, and optimize Procore’s construction management platform to drive mutual growth and market leadership.
- • You will own the technical enablement and support of strategic NAMER partnerships, designing and delivering value-based presentations that address customer business challenges and accelerate Procore platform adoption. This includes conducting technical demonstrations, coordinating internal and external resources, and collaborating with Partner Account Executives and Sales teams to address technical objections and close new logo, renewal, and expansion opportunities. You will develop bespoke "better together" narratives that highlight integrated solutions combining Procore technology with partner services, and lead the technical onboarding of new partners and their teams through structured training and enablement programs.
- • You will work closely with the NAMER Partnership team, supporting Strategic Partnerships and Account Management functions in a highly collaborative, innovative, and ownership-driven culture that values openness, optimism, and technical excellence. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Value and Partners, you will operate in a remote-first environment with flexibility to work from any U.S. location or from one of Procore’s U.S. offices, contributing to the evolution of Procore as a market leader in construction technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise construction technology ecosystems, gain exposure to cross-functional product and go-to-market strategies, and develop advanced skills in technical storytelling, partner enablement, and solution selling. You will have the opportunity to influence Partner Success Plans, shape technical education milestones, and connect partners with Product Management and Marketing teams to drive client success and product innovation—positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and technology evangelist in the modernization of the construction industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous experience supporting the sale or implementation of PMIS (Project Management Information Systems) solutions to Owners in the construction industry.
- • 5+ years of sales engineering, partner enablement, or enterprise construction industry expertise.
- • Working knowledge of the Procore-adjacent tech stack, including ERP, CRM, Cloud Infrastructure, and software in the Procore Marketplace that extends Procore’s capabilities.
- • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly in virtual and in-person settings to diverse audiences.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize information from ambiguous data and address complex technical challenges.
- • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and lead team members while functioning as a strong individual contributor in a collaborative environment.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Base pay range of $57.25 - $78.70 USD annually, with on-target earnings between $170,100.00 - $233,887.50 USD annually.
- • Eligibility for equity compensation and/or bonus incentive compensation based on performance and role.
