📋 Description

• • As a Partner Success Engineer at Deepgram, you will serve as a technical expert and strategic advisor to strategic technology partners, driving joint adoption, enablement, and measurable business outcomes by aligning Deepgram’s voice AI solutions with partner goals across the full lifecycle—from onboarding to expansion.
• • You will engage directly with developers, engineers, and executives, conduct on-site visits, run live product demos, troubleshoot technical issues, and translate partner feedback into actionable requirements for internal teams while serving as the voice of the partner in shaping product roadmap and GTM strategy.
• • You will operate within Deepgram’s Customer Success team—known as The Heartbeat of Deepgram—where technical expertise meets commercial impact in an AI-first, fast-paced environment that values innovation, autonomy, and continuous learning.
• • You will build scalable systems—such as internal tools, agents, dashboards, and automated workflows—that eliminate repetitive work and create leverage across the partner ecosystem, turning one-off interactions into repeatable, self-serve experiences while advancing your ability to lead with technical depth, emotional intelligence, and an AI-native mindset.
