- • As a Partner Success Manager for Acronis in Australia, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our strategic service provider partners within the dynamic cloud market.
- • Your core mission will revolve around cultivating strong, long-term relationships with a dedicated portfolio of partners, ensuring they not only adopt but also maximize the value derived from Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud solutions.
- • This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to account management, with a keen focus on understanding partner business objectives and aligning Acronis' offerings to help them achieve their goals.
- • You will be responsible for conducting in-depth territory analysis to pinpoint high-potential partners, establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within these organizations, and maintaining a consistent, prioritized cadence of communication.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve collaborating closely with Acronis Cloud Distributors to orchestrate joint enablement activities and drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through your assigned partner network.
- • You will serve as a vital resource for both new and existing partners, providing comprehensive training on Acronis' existing and emerging product suite, offering daily support for their business and technology development, and guiding them seamlessly through the onboarding and enablement phases.
- • Equipping partners with the necessary knowledge, resources, and tools will be paramount to their success and, by extension, Acronis' success.
- • A key responsibility includes developing detailed account plans for each managed partner, tailoring the level of detail and strategic focus based on their engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
- • You will actively motivate and enable partners to effectively sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new clientele to their business, and crucially, help them retain their current customers.
- • Driving partner satisfaction will be a continuous objective, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact throughout their entire journey with Acronis.
- • You will spearhead successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives with partners, aiming to increase the attach rate of new services and deepen their integration with the Acronis ecosystem.
- • To facilitate partner growth, you will engage and orchestrate the support of various internal Acronis resources, including Presales and Technical Support teams, ensuring partners have access to the expertise they need.
- • A critical task involves profiling each managed partner, meticulously documenting the vendors and tools they currently sell or utilize, and inputting this information into the Partner Passport system, aiming for at least 80% completion for each CSP Passport.
- • You will possess a thorough understanding of partner lifecycle management and be adept at guiding partners through each stage with a structured set of regular activities focused on education, evangelization, and commitment.
- • Your performance will be measured against key performance indicators (KPIs) including Total Revenue generated from signed partners, the churn rate (percentage of partners leaving the program), and the number of Acronis services successfully sold through each partner.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of the cyber security landscape and the cloud market business model, enabling you to speak credibly with partners about industry trends and opportunities.
- • You will be expected to maintain a high level of discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while upholding exceptional accuracy in your work.
- • Your collaborative spirit and commitment to success, coupled with a resilient, never-give-up attitude, will be essential for thriving in this role.
- • As a self-motivated and proactive individual, you will be comfortable working with minimal supervision, taking initiative to drive results and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
- • Ultimately, you will be a key driver of Acronis' channel strategy in Australia, directly contributing to the company's mission of protecting the digital world by empowering our partners to deliver best-in-class cyber protection solutions.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the success of a leading cyber protection company within a rapidly growing market, making a tangible impact on business continuity and data security for countless organizations.
- • You will be at the forefront of enabling service providers to leverage Acronis' innovative, natively integrated platform, ensuring they can offer comprehensive data protection and cyber security services to their end customers.
- • Your strategic account planning and execution will directly influence partner revenue growth and retention, solidifying Acronis' market position and competitive advantage.
- • By fostering deep product adoption and driving the uptake of new services, you will ensure partners are equipped to meet evolving customer demands and stay ahead of emerging threats.
- • Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build strong advocacy for Acronis within the partner community, transforming transactional relationships into strategic, long-term partnerships.
- • Your ability to orchestrate internal resources effectively will ensure partners receive seamless support, enhancing their overall experience and operational efficiency.
- • This role is pivotal in expanding Acronis' reach and impact through its channel ecosystem, contributing significantly to the company's global growth objectives.
