- • The Partner Technical Lead (PTL) serves as the primary technical lead for assigned partners and/or regions supporting Federal and SLED customers, working closely with NetApp Partner, Sales, and Technical teams to understand partner capabilities, long-term strategy, and public-sector customer challenges, and aligning NetApp’s portfolio to meet those needs.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with partner technical teams, aligning and executing technical aspects of joint business and partner development plans, developing and positioning joint solutions leveraging NetApp products for FED and SLED use cases, delivering NDA and enablement content, promoting partner technical capabilities within NetApp, enabling and activating partner sales and technical teams with the latest solutions, coordinating technical enablement plans, maintaining relationships with NetApp technical leadership and subject matter experts, supporting partners in identifying and qualifying opportunities, assisting NetApp sellers in positioning partner offerings, contributing to pipeline generation, proactively identifying new collaborative opportunities, facilitating joint account mapping and pursuit planning, supporting partners through complex public-sector sales motions, and helping drive incremental partner-influenced bookings.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3+ years of experience in a technical, sales, or partner-facing role within Federal and/or SLED environments
- • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- • Technical knowledge of storage, compute, networking, virtualization, cloud, and hybrid-cloud environments, with relevance to public-sector workloads
