- • Own the end-to-end strategy for Hostinger’s partnerships across Asia, from India and Southeast Asia to Japan and South Korea, and lead a high-performing team of marketers, analysts, and partnership managers to exceed aggressive revenue and customer-acquisition targets.
- • Recruit, coach, and retain top talent by setting clear KPIs, running weekly 1-on-1s, and creating a culture of radical candor, experimentation, and continuous learning that turns ambitious individuals into world-class partnership professionals.
- • Build and systematically manage a living pipeline of 200+ high-value prospects per quarter—affiliates, influencers, cashback sites, media houses, SaaS ecosystems, and niche communities—using a data-driven scoring model that balances reach, relevance, and ROI.
- • Negotiate and close win-win deals that scale: structure rev-share, CPA, hybrid, or flat-fee models; secure premium placements; and craft co-marketing campaigns that drive measurable spikes in Hostinger’s core markets (web hosting, WordPress, e-commerce, cloud hosting).
- • Deepen existing relationships by running quarterly business reviews, co-creating growth roadmaps, and launching joint webinars, limited-time bundles, and localized creatives that lift partner revenue by 30 %+ year-over-year.
- • Collaborate daily with product heads, pricing teams, and regional GTM managers to identify untapped use-cases—e.g., localized payment gateways, multilingual landing pages, or AI-website-builder bundles—and turn them into high-impact campaigns.
- • Design, launch, and optimize always-on performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Naver, and local DSPs; A/B-test creatives, landing pages, and incentive structures; and re-allocate budget weekly to maximize ROAS.
- • Own the full analytics stack: build Looker Studio dashboards, set up server-side tracking, run cohort analyses, and translate complex data into concise, board-ready insights that inform strategic decisions and unlock new budget lines.
- • Report weekly to the VP of Growth on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, partner NPS, and incremental revenue; present monthly to the C-suite on market trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities worth >$1 M ARR.
- • Champion Hostinger’s 10 core principles—customer obsession, speed, ownership, and more—by embodying them in every negotiation, campaign, and team ritual, and by sharing best practices across our 900-person global organization.
- • Thrive in a fully remote, async-first environment where you choose your base among Vilnius, Kaunas, Barcelona, Madrid, or Valencia, yet stay deeply connected through Notion, Slack, Loom, and quarterly in-person summits.
- • Stay ahead of the curve by attending Reforge, Affiliate World, and AdWorld conferences; pilot new channels like WeChat Mini-Programs or KOL live-commerce; and feed insights back into Hostinger’s global playbook.
