- • Level AI Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, revenue-driven, and experienced Senior Partner Manager to spearhead the growth and success of our strategic resale partnership with Five9 across North America. This is a pivotal, quota-carrying, field-facing individual contributor role, designed for a seasoned professional who thrives on driving sourced and influenced revenue through a key ecosystem partner. The ideal candidate will possess direct experience with Five9, exceptional field alignment capabilities, and a demonstrable track record of translating high-level alliance strategies into tangible, measurable pipeline growth and closed deals. This position is not just about managing a partnership; it's about setting the precedent and blueprint for how Level AI will scale its ISV resale partnerships in the future, making it a critical role for our long-term strategic vision.
- • As the owner of this vital partnership, you will be instrumental in achieving significant revenue growth through the Five9 resale channel. Your primary focus will be on generating both sourced and influenced pipeline, meticulously nurturing it through joint account planning with Five9's regional sales teams. A key aspect of this role involves cultivating and maintaining strong executive relationships within Five9, ensuring alignment on go-to-market strategies, pipeline development, and expansion plans. You will also be responsible for upholding rigorous deal registration discipline and ensuring accurate, transparent joint forecasting. Furthermore, a significant part of your contribution will be dedicated to the enablement and activation of Five9's Account Executives (AEs) and Account Directors (ADs), empowering them to effectively represent and sell Level AI solutions.
- • Your primary responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities crucial for partnership success. You will directly carry a quota tied to Five9 resale revenue, making revenue generation your ultimate objective. This involves proactively leading the charge in driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, identifying key opportunities, and working collaboratively to close deals. Maintaining accurate and reliable forecasting of all Five9-related opportunities will be paramount to ensuring predictability and strategic planning. Compliance with the deal registration process and ensuring visibility into all registered deals will be a non-negotiable aspect of your role, safeguarding the integrity of the partnership.
- • Execution and field alignment are central to this role. You will be expected to embed yourself within Five9's regional sales leadership and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), fostering a deep understanding of their priorities and challenges. Conducting recurring pipeline syncs with Five9 AEs will ensure continuous momentum and alignment. A critical function will be identifying whitespace opportunities within target accounts, leveraging the Five9 relationship to penetrate new markets and expand our footprint. You will act as a facilitator, enabling seamless joint selling motions between Level AI's internal sales teams and the Five9 field teams, creating a unified front.
- • Building and nurturing strong executive relationships with Five9's VP-level and senior leadership stakeholders is essential. You will actively participate in Executive Business Reviews (QBRs), presenting performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and future plans. Aligning on go-to-market priorities, refining pipeline strategy, and identifying avenues for expansion will be key discussion points in these high-level forums.
- • Finally, your role in enablement and program activation will be crucial for scaling the partnership. You will be responsible for delivering impactful enablement sessions to Five9 sales teams, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively position Level AI's value proposition. Partnering closely with our Marketing team on co-branded campaigns and regional events will amplify our joint presence. Driving awareness of new product releases, key integrations, and customer success stories will keep the Five9 team informed and enthusiastic. Ultimately, you will identify and implement opportunities to mature and scale the resale program, ensuring its long-term sustainability and profitability.
