- • You will be responsible for the complete partnership lifecycle, encompassing the identification and sourcing of potential partners, meticulous negotiation of agreements, successful closure of deals, and the activation and ongoing cultivation of these relationships to ensure sustained growth and mutual success. This includes building and managing a diverse portfolio of strategic alliances that span product and platform integrations, critical distribution channels, essential infrastructure providers, and expert service delivery partners.
- • A key aspect of this role involves the design and implementation of scalable partnership programs and business models. The objective is not merely to secure individual deals, but to establish repeatable, measurable frameworks that yield consistent and impactful results. This requires a strategic approach to program development, ensuring that partnerships contribute tangibly to Lovable's strategic objectives.
- • Collaboration will be central to your success. You will work hand-in-hand with our Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to translate promising partner opportunities into tangible outcomes. This includes facilitating the development of seamless integrations, co-creating joint go-to-market strategies, and driving genuine user adoption through collaborative efforts.
- • You will serve as a key external representative for Lovable, engaging with partners at an executive level. Building and nurturing trusted, long-term relationships with strategic partners, key platforms, and broader ecosystem stakeholders will be paramount. Your ability to articulate Lovable's vision and value proposition will be crucial in establishing credibility and fostering strong alliances.
- • Performance management is integral to this role. You will be tasked with meticulously tracking and reporting on the performance of all partnerships against key metrics related to adoption, distribution, and revenue. This data-driven approach will enable continuous iteration and optimization of partnership strategies to maximize outcomes and ensure alignment with business goals.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the B2B technology landscape and a proven ability to navigate complex technical requirements and workflows. You should be comfortable engaging in detailed discussions with product and engineering teams, effectively translating partner needs and opportunities into actionable plans and concrete business results.
- • Operating with a high degree of ownership, you will be expected to thrive in ambiguous environments, proactively identify and remove obstacles for yourself and others, and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision. A proactive, self-starter mentality is essential for success in this dynamic role.
- • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must. You will need to influence and align a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership, both internally and externally.
