- • As a Partnership Marketing Manager for Sports at Polymarket, you will own the activation and execution of high-profile sports partnerships with leagues like MLB, UFC, LaLiga, and Serie A, ensuring Polymarket’s brand reaches millions through TV broadcasts, social media, stadiums, and arenas worldwide.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing partnership deliverables and timelines, designing and producing creative assets (in-stadium, broadcast, social, digital) within brand guidelines, developing culturally resonant concepts that drive real results, owning distribution strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels, leveraging AI tools for design efficiency, tracking performance against KPIs, and aligning partnership activations with broader brand and product goals.
- • You’ll join a fast-growing, mission-driven team at Polymarket, the world’s largest prediction market platform, which traded $21B in volume in 2025 and aims to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media by aggregating diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities.
- • In this role, you’ll sharpen your skills in sports partnership activation, cross-functional collaboration, AI-augmented design, performance marketing, and brand storytelling — gaining hands-on experience shaping how a cutting-edge fintech brand engages with global sports audiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep sports knowledge with consistent engagement across leagues and sports (24/7 fan mindset)
- • Proficiency in Figma to design within brand systems and partner constraints
- • Ability to distinguish between aesthetically pleasing work and conversion-driven creative
- • Experience using AI tooling for design ideation and production efficiency
- • Strong organization and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
- • (Plus) Prior experience at a sports league, team, media property, or agency with a major sports portfolio
- • (Plus) Existing relationships in the sports partnership or media ecosystem
- • (Plus) Experience producing assets for broadcast or live event environments
- • (Plus) Familiarity with prediction markets, crypto, or fintech brands
