- • As a Partnerships Account Manager at Jellyfish, you will serve as the primary strategic liaison for Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients, driving technology adoption, platform implementation, and long-term client success. This role is critical to ensuring clients fully leverage GMP’s capabilities to achieve measurable digital marketing outcomes, directly contributing to Jellyfish’s mission of empowering clients through innovative, data-driven media activation.
- • You will manage a portfolio of GMP accounts, acting as the trusted advisor who guides clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization while collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences that foster retention, expansion, and mutual growth.

- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: serving as the primary account lead for a portfolio of GMP clients, managing relationships and ensuring platform adoption; guiding clients through onboarding, implementation, and best practices for maximizing GMP capabilities; collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical Support, and Product to deliver a seamless client experience; educating clients on new features, tools, and strategies to enhance their digital marketing performance; monitoring account performance, troubleshooting issues, and proactively addressing client needs; and supporting renewal and expansion efforts by identifying growth opportunities and ensuring continued client engagement.
- • You will develop deep expertise in the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem, ad tech, and digital marketing strategy while honing your consultative selling, stakeholder management, and data-driven storytelling skills. This role offers significant opportunity to grow into senior account leadership, specialize in enterprise MarTech partnerships, or transition into product or strategy functions within Jellyfish’s expanding global footprint.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, growth, or a similar client-facing role
- • Proven experience in client relationship management with a track record of driving adoption, retention, and expansion
- • Solid understanding of ad tech, analytics, and digital marketing strategies, preferably with exposure to Google Marketing Platform or similar MarTech stacks
- • Ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously while coordinating effectively with internal partners across Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimization recommendations
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
