- • Endless Commerce is seeking a dynamic and outgoing Partnerships & Community Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role is ideal for a versatile marketing generalist who thrives on building vibrant communities, fostering strategic ecosystems, and cultivating valuable partnerships. You will be instrumental in connecting with potential clients at industry events, nurturing relationships with service providers who support our existing customer base, and driving our customer referral program. If you enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities and the excitement of tackling new challenges weekly, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.
- • As the Partnerships & Community Manager, you will own the development and execution of strategies designed to expand our reach and deepen our engagement with both customers and partners. A core focus will be establishing a robust customer referral flywheel, aiming to generate one new customer for every existing customer we serve. This involves understanding our customer base intimately and creating mechanisms that encourage and reward referrals.
- • You will be responsible for building and nurturing our online communities across various platforms, including Slack, Substack, and social media. The goal is to foster a sense of connection and belonging, ensuring that Endless Commerce and our executive team remain top-of-mind within these networks. This involves facilitating discussions, sharing valuable content, and acting as a central point of contact for community members.
- • A significant part of your role will involve developing and managing our channel partnerships. You will identify and formalize referral relationships with organizations that provide essential services to brands within our target market. Establishing a consistent communication cadence with these partners will be crucial to maintain strong relationships and ensure mutual benefit. This includes identifying potential partners, reaching out, and nurturing these relationships through regular engagement.
- • You will also play a key role in customer communications, collaborating closely with the Head of Product and future Customer Success and Sales hires. Your efforts will ensure our existing customers are well-informed about product updates, new features, and growth opportunities that can enhance their operations. This proactive communication aims to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- • Event management, specifically tradeshow preparation, will be another critical area of ownership. You will be involved in planning for and maximizing our presence at key industry events such as ExpoWest, Shoptalk, IHA, and eTail. This includes logistical planning, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-up to ensure we capitalize on every opportunity.
- • Following events, tradeshows, demo sessions, and content engagement, you will meticulously manage the follow-up process. This involves categorizing leads and attendees based on their engagement level and interests, and ensuring they receive the most relevant content and next steps, thereby optimizing our sales and marketing funnel.
- • In the first three months, you will immerse yourself in our product by participating in sales and product calls. This will provide a deep understanding of our CommerceOS and the value it brings to brands. You will also gain insights into potential partnership opportunities and become comfortable engaging with various service providers like 3PLs, logistics companies, and supply chain consultants.
- • You will actively build our partnership nurturing functions through email, calls, and targeted content. The aim is to keep our channel and referral partners engaged and informed, surprising and delighting those who have already contributed to our growth. You will also re-engage dormant partners and refine our HubSpot instance to accurately reflect our partnership and marketing relationships.
- • For customer referrals, you will initiate and manage the process to generate qualified referrals from our existing client base. By deepening your understanding of our customers, you will also be able to identify opportunities to refer them to valuable partners within your network, creating a symbiotic ecosystem.
- • This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach. You will be responsible for building campaigns, crafting compelling emails, and managing the daily operations of our partnerships and community initiatives. Collaboration with our sales, marketing, and product teams is essential to ensure a unified and consistent brand message across all touchpoints.
