- • As the Partnerships Lead at TalentSafari SAS, you will be at the forefront of driving significant business growth and market expansion within South Africa. This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic and experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, venture-backed startup environment. You will be instrumental in forging strategic alliances, implementing innovative growth programs, and ultimately contributing to the company's mission of building the largest platform for conversational commerce, marketing, and retention for medium and large Enterprises, leveraging the power of AI agents and WhatsApp.
- • Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing a robust agency partner ecosystem. This involves identifying, recruiting, and activating key players in the e-commerce space, including Shopify and e-commerce development agencies, Klaviyo specialists, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)/paid media studios. You will be responsible for developing a structured partner program, including defining partner tiers (from registered to active to strategic), establishing clear referral rules, and creating a compelling incentive model that motivates partners to drive mutual success.
- • A critical aspect of this role is enabling these partners for success. You will develop and deliver comprehensive enablement materials, such as partner pitch decks, effective demo scripts, compelling case studies, clear pricing playbooks, and strategies for handling common objections. This ensures our partners are well-equipped to represent Flowcart and its value proposition effectively to their client base.
- • You will actively engage in co-selling initiatives, joining partner calls, conducting joint audits of client businesses, and collaboratively crafting tailored WhatsApp revenue strategies for individual brands. This hands-on approach ensures that partners are not just referring business but are actively involved in closing deals and delivering value to end-clients.
- • Beyond co-selling, you will spearhead co-marketing efforts with agencies. This includes organizing joint webinars and workshops, developing shared lead magnets, and creating specialized WhatsApp playbooks that highlight the unique benefits of integrating Flowcart's solutions into their marketing and retention strategies.
- • While partner-led growth is the primary objective, you will also contribute to direct DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) growth. This secondary focus involves prospecting and engaging directly with DTC and e-commerce brands, running insightful discovery calls, delivering compelling product demonstrations, proposing tailored rollout plans, and guiding these deals through to closure.
- • Post-sale, you will collaborate closely with onboarding and support teams to ensure clients achieve early value, leading to positive reviews, valuable case studies, and opportunities for expansion. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and long-term revenue generation.
- • A crucial element of your role will be acting as a market learning loop. You will diligently feed back insights gathered from partners and merchants to the product and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This includes understanding partner requests, identifying what merchants need to know to succeed, and analyzing what factors contribute to winning or losing deals in the South African market. This continuous feedback loop is vital for product iteration and strategic GTM adjustments.
- • Success in this role will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of active partners recruited and activated, the volume and quality of partner-sourced pipeline (demos, SQLs, win-rate, time-to-close), direct pipeline generation (demos, run-rate, closed-won deals, expansion), and the successful rollout of enablement initiatives like partner kits, webinars, workshops, and case studies.
- • You will operate in a hybrid, field-oriented working style, attending agency and merchant meetings, and participating in industry events. A structured weekly cadence will involve pipeline reviews, partner activation sprints, deal strategy sessions, and sharing market learnings with the product and marketing teams.
