- • As the Partnerships Lead for Startups at Replit, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling our engagement within the vibrant startup and Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) ecosystem. This is a pivotal, externally-facing role that sits at the dynamic intersection of business development, community building, and product evangelism. Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute Replit's strategy for connecting with and supporting early-stage founders, innovative startup studios, influential incubators, and leading accelerators. You will be the driving force behind forging strategic partnerships that significantly contribute to Replit's growth and adoption.

You should be adept at navigating founder psychology, building trust rapidly, and effectively communicating with both highly technical developers and non-technical business operators. Your ability to empathize with the challenges and aspirations of founders will be key to your success.
- • You will own the entire partnership lifecycle for startups and SMBs. This comprehensive ownership spans from the initial stages of prospecting and outreach, through the intricate processes of negotiation and closing deals, to the crucial phase of ongoing relationship management. Your goal is to cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships that drive tangible value for both Replit and our startup collaborators.
- • A core aspect of your role will involve building and nurturing a robust portfolio of strategic partnerships. This includes cultivating strong relationships with accelerators, incubators, venture studios, and prominent startup communities such as Y Combinator, Techstars, On Deck, and other similar organizations. These partnerships will serve as critical channels for reaching and empowering new founders.
- • You will be responsible for developing innovative co-marketing and co-selling strategies in collaboration with our ecosystem partners. The objective is to create compelling initiatives that drive widespread Replit adoption among early-stage founders, making our platform the go-to solution for their development needs.
- • Close collaboration with our Product and Growth teams will be essential. You will act as the voice of the startup community, surfacing unique use cases and championing the development of features that directly address the needs and workflows of builders. Your insights will directly influence product roadmap decisions.
- • You will be a prominent representative of Replit at key industry events, including startup conferences, demo days, and founder community meetups, both in online forums and in-person gatherings. Your presence will help build brand awareness and foster direct connections with the target audience.
- • A significant part of your contribution will be designing and executing impactful programs. These programs will aim to provide startups with meaningful access to Replit credits, essential tools, and the supportive Replit community, thereby lowering barriers to entry and accelerating their product development journey.
- • You will be tasked with meticulously tracking and reporting on the performance metrics of all partnerships. Ensuring that these relationships translate into measurable business impact and achieving key growth objectives will be a primary focus.
- • You will work seamlessly with the broader Partnerships team, contributing to cross-functional initiatives that may span across education, enterprise sales, and international expansion efforts, leveraging your startup ecosystem expertise to benefit the wider organization.
