  • • Source, negotiate, and close new OEM partnerships end-to-end, from initial outreach to signed agreements with energy hardware manufacturers including EV brands, solar inverter producers, and EV charger companies.
  • • Grow and retain existing OEM partners by ensuring they derive measurable value from Enode’s Connect, Optimize, and Flex platforms, fostering long-term collaboration and expansion.
  • • Identify and sell new product offerings to OEM partners to unlock additional revenue streams and deepen integration opportunities across Enode’s platform.
  • • Develop and improve the partnerships playbook by redesigning processes, including leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and scalability in partner onboarding and management.
  • • Represent Enode at industry events, conferences, and panels to build brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the energy transition space.
  • • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to align partner commitments with platform development and customer delivery.
  • • Work directly with Enode’s Head of Partnerships and CEO to shape the strategic direction of the partnerships function within a small, senior team of four.
  • • Act as the primary commercial liaison between Enode and enterprise-level OEMs such as VW Group, Zaptec, and Solis, navigating technical, commercial, and legal discussions with confidence.
  • • Build and maintain trusted relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, from technical product managers to C-suite executives in multinational corporations.
  • • Drive strategic initiatives that enable Enode to scale its platform by integrating thousands of residential energy devices into grid-balancing services.
  • • Operate independently in a high-ambiguity, early-stage startup environment, taking ownership of outcomes and adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
  • • Maintain strong organizational discipline to manage multiple complex partnership pipelines simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and follow-through.
  • • Communicate clearly and persuasively in both written and oral English, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences across technical and business functions.
  • • Contribute to building a mission-driven culture focused on accelerating the global energy transition through software-enabled device orchestration.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 5 years of experience in business development or partnerships, ideally within B2B software or the energy sector
  • • Proven ability to close and manage multi-year strategic partnerships with enterprise clients such as automotive or energy hardware manufacturers
  • • Strong negotiation, diplomatic, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders across technical and executive levels
  • • Experience working in startup or scale-up environments with high ambiguity and fast-paced decision-making
  • • Based in Europe and able to work within CET time zone ±3 hours
  • • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
