- • As a Partnerships Manager (B2B) at Fitt Insider Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s B2B partnerships engine for a precision health innovator advancing personalized microbiome testing for gut and vaginal health.
- • Day to day, you will identify and research outbound leads, manage inbound inquiries, maintain CRM hygiene, run partner conversations from discovery to close, create data-driven partnership decks, build tracking systems in Google Sheets, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Science teams to ensure smooth post-close handoffs and internal advocacy for partner-driven improvements.
- • You will join a fast-growing, science-forward precision health company founded by physicians and scientists, dedicated to making preventive, data-driven care more accessible through clinical-grade microbiome testing and genomic technology.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B partnership strategy, pipeline forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration while building scalable processes, refining your deal-closing mechanics, and gaining deep exposure to a high-growth healthtech startup operating at the intersection of science and commercial growth.
