  • • As a Manager on the Partner Management team at Deliveroo, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, growth, and ongoing management of some of the company's most strategic partnerships. This position is central to Deliveroo's ambitious growth trajectory, requiring close collaboration with senior leadership, operations, product, and finance teams to drive key initiatives related to growth, customer retention, and long-term company objectives. You will report directly to the Senior Partnerships Manager, Business Development, and will be based at our London HQ, with a hybrid working model.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and dynamic. A core aspect of your role will involve supporting the meticulous implementation of new strategic partnerships, managing the entire post-contract-signature process. This includes coordinating the seamless integration of these new partnerships by working closely with a diverse array of internal, cross-functional teams such as operations, engineering, product development, marketing, design, finance, accounting, and legal departments, as well as growth teams. You will act as a key liaison, ensuring all internal stakeholders are aligned and prepared for the launch and ongoing management of the partnership.
  • • Furthermore, you will be instrumental in guiding the integration of external partners, fostering a strong alignment on various strategic initiatives. This involves navigating complex discussions, securing buy-in on critical strategic issues, and ensuring that the partner remains fully committed to the terms and objectives outlined in the agreement. Your ability to build rapport and trust with both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial in driving these collaborations forward and achieving mutual success.
  • • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to rigorously tracking and analyzing the performance of each partnership against predefined key performance indicators (KPIs). This analytical approach will enable you to identify areas where the partnership is excelling and to proactively course-correct any deviations from the agreed-upon targets. By continuously monitoring performance, you will ensure that partnerships remain on track to deliver their intended value and contribute positively to Deliveroo's overall business goals.
  • • You will actively cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both your internal colleagues across various departments and your external partner contacts. These relationships are the bedrock upon which successful partnerships are built, and your ability to foster collaboration and mutual understanding will directly impact the partnership's success. You will also be tasked with proactively uncovering new opportunities for growth and innovation within existing partnerships, identifying areas where new initiatives can be launched or existing programs can be expanded to unlock further value.
  • • Developing and maintaining a clear point of view (POV) on the performance, structure, and strategic direction of each partnership will be essential. This involves synthesizing data, market insights, and stakeholder feedback to make informed recommendations regarding the renewal of existing partnerships or to escalate any significant challenges that require senior attention. Your strategic insights will guide decision-making processes and ensure the long-term viability and success of Deliveroo's partnerships.
  • • You will also be responsible for guiding straightforward renewal negotiations and territory expansions, acting as a key point person for these processes. Additionally, you will provide crucial support to Deal Leads in managing more complex deal restructures, leveraging your experience and understanding of partnership dynamics to contribute to successful outcomes.
  • • The Business Development team, including the Partner Management division, is a small, fast-paced, and high-performing group. We are responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing transformative partnerships that are central to Deliveroo's continued growth. We operate at the forefront of the rapidly expanding local delivery economy, a technology-driven industry where innovation and agility are paramount.
