- • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships across EMEA with a primary focus on the DACH region to drive top-of-funnel leads and accelerate regional growth.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners including HR Tech platforms, payroll providers, consultants, and private equity networks.
- • Manage the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiation to activation, enablement, and performance optimization.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure partner programs deliver mutual value and align with company objectives.
- • Localize partnership strategies for key EMEA markets by adapting to regional buyer behaviors, cultural nuances, and business dynamics.
- • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to extract actionable insights, refine strategy, and maximize ROI.
- • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive movements to identify emerging partnership opportunities and areas for differentiation.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and a high-quality partner experience.
- • Drive the execution of a build-and-scale partnership strategy in collaboration with the Director of Partnerships, EMEA and regional growth leaders.
- • Travel regularly across the DACH region and the UK to meet partners, attend events, and strengthen relationships.
- • Translate data into strategic recommendations to improve partnership effectiveness and revenue impact.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, international environment with autonomy to shape the partnership ecosystem in alignment with Safeguard Global’s global expansion goals.
- • Maintain full professional fluency in both English and German to communicate effectively with partners, internal teams, and stakeholders across regions.
- • Leverage entrepreneurial initiative and commercial acumen to identify new partnership models and growth avenues in HR Tech, B2B SaaS, recruitment, or global services.
- • Adapt partnership approaches to diverse markets while maintaining consistency with global brand and operational standards.
- • Contribute to a human-centered culture by fostering collaboration, transparency, and mutual respect across global teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Full professional fluency in English and German
- • Proven experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development within the DACH region and Southern Europe
- • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships that drive pipeline and revenue impact
